Supermarket brand "Hoogvliet" spiced up its Christmas campaign this year with a Yellowbloom soundtrack. The briefing from the creatives were clear: "it's a boring Christmas, until Hoogvliet's products are served". That's the secret ingredient for a great party! This idea should also be developed and enhanced in the music.
We had a fruitful listening session with the director Djordy van Etten and agency beforehand. We decided to start this campaign using the most boring jazz, which would blossom into a nice disco track. And if you ask us, we succeeded in that nicely.
